Find the gate, not the address.
The address exists on paper. The road doesn't exist on the GPS yet, and the gate is on a different street to the number. Here's the pin, the turn-in photo, what size truck fits, and who actually answers the phone.

Rigid, semi or B-double — and whether there's room to turn around.
A photo of the turn-in
The single most useful thing you can hand a driver.
Ground and overheads
Will you sink after rain. What the lowest clearance into the site is.
Unload
Hiab needed, forklift on site, or the driver's doing it.
Someone who answers
Site contact, access hours, gate code — released to the driver on the job.
Report it once, save the next driver an hour
Hazards, closures, new roads, low bridges, mobile cameras and weighbridge status. Reports carry the time they were made and fade as they age — a three-week-old report helps nobody.
Weighbridge open or closed
It travels by UHF today because there's no other channel. Mark it, and it clears itself after the shift.
Confirm or deny
One report is a guess. Three confirms is a fact. Verified members carry more weight.
Send it to council
Potholes and damaged signage can go to the council too — one tap, no charge.
Speed camera reports are shared for speed-limit awareness and road safety. Trade Handy does not supply, support or integrate radar-detection hardware, which is unlawful in most Australian states.
