Trade Handy Australia ("Trade Handy", "we", "us") operates the guild platform, member tools and services at tradehandy.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Trade Handy, we may collect:

Account details — name, email, phone, business/ABN, trade category and role.
Verification data — identity and licensing documents used to vet trades.
Job & transaction data — quotes, jobs, messages and payment records.
Usage data — device, location (when using on-site tools) and platform activity.

3. How we use it

To run the guild — matching clients with vetted trades, holding funds safely, powering on-site tools, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and improving the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing & storage

We share data only as needed to deliver the service (e.g. between matched parties on a job, with payment and verification providers) and store it securely. Final detail on sub-processors and retention to be confirmed.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and raise a privacy concern with us at any time.
