1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Trade Handy Australia, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Trade Handy on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

2. The guild & your account

Trade Handy connects clients with vetted trades and support services. You're responsible for keeping your account details, licensing and verification information accurate and up to date.

3. Jobs, quotes & payments

Quotes & jobs — agreements for work are between the client and the trade; Trade Handy facilitates the connection and tools.
Funds held safe — where money is held on a job, it is released per the agreed milestones and our payment terms.
Fees — applicable membership and platform fees are shown on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

Use Trade Handy lawfully and in good faith. No fraud, misrepresentation of licensing, harassment, or circumventing platform fees and protections.

5. Liability

Trade Handy provides the platform and tools "as is" to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
